Indian Navy SSR AA Recruitment 2021 Notification : Indian Navy has activated the online application link for recruitment of Sailor under AA (Artificer Apprentice) and SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit). 12th passed male candidates can apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2021 on or before 05 May 2021.
A total of 2500 vacancies are available of which 2000 are for SSR and 500 for AA in August 2021 Batch. As per the official website, - ‘Application Window for Sailor's Entry - AA-150 & SSR-02/2021 Batch is likely to open from 26 Apr 2021 to 05 May 2021’.

Age Limit:
Candidates should be born between 01 Feb 2001 to 31 Jul 2004 (Both dates inclusive)
Indian Navy SSR AA Salary:
During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/-per month will be paid.
On successful completion of initial training, candidates will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (Rs. 21,700-69,100). They will also be paid MSP Rs. 5200/-per month plus DA (as applicable) plus "X" Group pay {only for Artificer Apprentice (AA)} Rs. 6200/-per month plus DA

Educational Qualification:
Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) - 12th passed with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects:- Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India
Artificer Apprentice (AA) - 12th passed with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects: - Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.
Selection Process For Indian Navy AA SSR Sailor Posts:
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, an exception is being made in the public interest wherein approximately 10000 candidates will be called-up for written examination and PFT. The shortlisting of the candidates for written examination and PFT will be undertaken on the basis of percentage of qualifying examination (10+2 examination). The cut off marks may vary from state to state as vacancies have been allocated in a state-wise manner.
