PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
- Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
- Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
- Prepare reports - daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Routing calls / cases to respective teams Skill based.
- Working in 24/7 environment, supporting enterprise customer DataCentre Technologies.
- Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
