FULL DETAILS :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
  2. Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
  3. Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
  4. Prepare reports - daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  6. Follow standard help desk procedures
  7. Routing calls / cases to respective teams Skill based.
  8. Working in 24/7 environment, supporting enterprise customer DataCentre Technologies.
  9. Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
